Terms of Service

By using the Golden Lounge KTV Center website and services, you agree to the following terms.

Reservation Policy

• Reservable Hours: Online reservations for arrival between 5:00 PM and 10:30 PM daily.
• Walk-in Hours: Outside reservation hours, rooms available first-come, first-served (5 PM – 2 AM).
• Small Rooms (2–5 guests): Walk-in only. Cannot be reserved.
• Medium Rooms (6–8 guests): Reservable online. Auto-confirmed for qualifying bookings.
• Large Rooms (9–15 guests): Reservable online. Auto-confirmed for qualifying bookings.
• VIP Rooms (16–30 guests): Phone reservation required at least 1 day in advance, after 5 PM. $200 deposit to finalize.

Pricing

• Small Room: $50/hr + tax + 15% service charge
• Medium Room: $80/hr + tax + 18% service charge
• Large Room: $120/hr + tax + 20% service charge
• VIP Room: $180/hr + tax + 20% SC (min. 2 hours, $200 deposit)

Food & Beverage Policy

• Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome
• No hard liquor (spirits/distilled alcohol) permitted
• No glass bottles of any kind — for guest safety
• Full food and beverage menu available for in-room ordering

Guest Conduct

• Guests must be respectful of other patrons and staff
• Management reserves the right to refuse service for disruptive behavior
• Guests are responsible for damages to rooms or equipment
• No smoking inside the premises

Cancellation & No-Show

• Cancel at least 2 hours before reservation time
• No-shows may affect future reservation privileges
• VIP deposits may be non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations

Golden Lounge KTV Center is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests use facilities at their own risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
